The setbacks that such a spring is required to have if the water is to be used only for the Project, not for public use- is one hundred (100) meters. This permits the current Project design to be developed. Further, if we guarantee that the higher ground above the spring will be “protected area”, then the indicated setbacks will be set on higher ground, not affecting the current design. According to our environmental Consultant, a concession to use a spring in a property would be permitted in a short amount of time, estimated in less than six (6) months.
