Robert Rubio was Born and raised in the Florida U.S.A , He first came to Costa Rica as a young boy and enjoyed it so much that that in ’08 he decided to leave the states and move permanently to Costa Rica and start a family, Robert was raised with realty in his blood having both parents in realty, He was made for this.
