Hey my Name is Martha Moran Famada, I’m originally from Florida born and raised !! My experience in real estate started in 1990 as a Real Estate Agent for Weitzer Homes Co. , When Weitzer Homes became public then purchased by century builders i continued my career with them as a TOP PRODUCER, in 2007 we relocated to Costa Rica, In Costa Rica I became a business owner with my own Property Management Company, Now Located in Jaco Beach with new Beginnings im coming back to my original and loved career in Real Estate!!
