One of the few high rise classic popular hotels directly beachfront overlooking the beautiful sand and the waves. The hotel is right in the center of Jaco Beach, the most popular seaside resort in Costa Rica steps from the best restaurants, shops and nightlife activities.

The 3,000m2 (32291.73 sq. ft.) high-tech, reinforced construction includes a 4-story building where the rooms are located (Standard, superior standard, apartments, suites and reception), a continuous building where administrative offices are located and a 2-story building where they are located. the restaurant and the events room and swimming pool area. The building is located facing the sea.

Lodging: The total of rooms are 47 rooms broken down as follows: 6 suites, 3 apartments, 16 superior rooms, 20 standard rooms and 2 economy rooms.

Average occupancy is 56%. Its installed capacity should increase its occupation by an additional 50%. Its structure can adapt to turn it into a boutique hotel.

Tour Business: Currently the hotel maintains a business relationship with at least 50 travel agencies and a strong loyalty of ten years or more with at least ten national and international agencies. The hotel has a long well-known reputation in the vacation lodging international market.

Restaurant: The Vista Mar Restaurant serves the Hotel and clients outside the Hotel; the Peruvian restaurant is a well-respected restaurant in the Jacó area.

Events Room: The hotel also has a banquet room of approximately 250 square meters with 2 double bathrooms, bar, balcony, airconditioning and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach where commercial and professional events are held as well as weddings and private parties.

Vacation Plan: The hotel has a vacation plan is sales on credit through a contract to our guests, it consists of one week per year for three years, financed. This plan can be negotiated which has $500,000 in accounts receivable. In other words, sales already made and that have a high cost of sales and an administrative cost. The two commercial brands: Solradiante Desarrollos S.A. and Hotel Balcón del Mar can be negotiated for the interested buyer.

A project was begun in October 2018 to expand and improve the hotel. This consists of the purchase and placement of a 5-story hydraulic lift (elevator). It is currently in transit from Spain to Caldera.
New construction includes a foyer for the elevator on the fifth floor plus a terrace of 200 square meters on the fifth floor above the suites. Also under construction are 4 junior suites on the fifth floor.
This new project is not included in the sale price. An inventory of furniture, equipment and computer operating systems with a value of $ 100,000.

The hotel has financing for $2,430,000, of the total cost with the transfer of a trust in favor of the state bank Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. The difference is requested from cash.

La construcción reforzada de alta tecnología de 3.000 m2 (32291,73 pies cuadrados) incluye un edificio de 4 pisos donde se ubican las habitaciones (Estándar, estándar superior, departamentos, suites y recepción), un edificio continuo donde se ubican las oficinas administrativas y un Edificio de 2 pisos donde se ubican. el restaurante y el salón de eventos y área de piscina. El edificio está situado frente al mar.

Alojamiento: El total de habitaciones son 47 habitaciones distribuidas de la siguiente manera: 6 suites, 3 apartamentos, 16 habitaciones superiores, 20 habitaciones estándar y 2 habitaciones económicas.

La ocupación media es del 56%. Su capacidad instalada debería incrementar su ocupación en un 50% adicional. Su estructura se puede adaptar para convertirlo en un hotel boutique.

Tour Business: Actualmente el hotel mantiene una relación comercial con al menos 50 agencias de viajes y una fuerte fidelidad de diez años o más con al menos diez agencias nacionales e internacionales. El hotel tiene una larga reputación en el mercado internacional de alojamiento vacacional.

Restaurante: El Restaurante Vista Mar atiende al Hotel y a clientes fuera del Hotel; El restaurante peruano es un restaurante muy respetado en el área de Jacó.

Salón de Eventos: El hotel también cuenta con un salón de banquetes de aproximadamente 250 metros cuadrados con 2 baños dobles, bar, balcón, aire acondicionado y ventanales con vista a la playa donde se realizan eventos comerciales y profesionales, así como bodas y fiestas privadas.

Plan Vacacional: El hotel cuenta con un plan vacacional que es venta a crédito mediante contrato a nuestros huéspedes, consta de una semana al año por tres años, financiado. Este plan se puede negociar y tiene $500.000 en cuentas por cobrar. Es decir, ventas ya realizadas y que tienen un coste de venta elevado y un coste administrativo. Las dos marcas comerciales: Solradiante Desarrollos S.A. y Hotel Balcón del Mar se pueden negociar para el comprador interesado.
En octubre de 2018 se inició un proyecto para ampliar y mejorar el hotel. Este consiste en la compra y colocación de un elevador hidráulico (ascensor) de 5 pisos. Actualmente se encuentra en tránsito desde España hacia Caldera.
La nueva construcción incluye un vestíbulo para el ascensor en el quinto piso más una terraza de 200 metros cuadrados en el quinto piso encima de las suites. También se encuentran en construcción 4 junior suites en el quinto piso.
Este nuevo proyecto no está incluido en el precio de venta. Un inventario de mobiliario, equipos y sistemas operativos de cómputo con un valor de $100.000.

El hotel cuenta con financiamiento por $2.430.000, del costo total con la transferencia de un fideicomiso a favor del banco estatal Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. La diferencia se solicita en efectivo.
