The city of Parrita is a ten-minute drive away and has banks, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, churches and a medical clinic. There are taxis and bus service to Quepos, Jacó and San José. Parrita hasn’t yet become a tourist holiday town and retains the character and charm of a rural pueblo. The Palo Seco beaches remain unspoiled and stretch as far as the eye can see The concession is in order and this beach lot gives you the tropical paradise location you have always dreamed of, yet haven’t found… until now..
