About Me

Tom, our Broker Emeritus has been in Real Estate and investment consulting in Costa Rica for over 31 years. He has dealt with a wide variety of properties and will help you find the property that best meets your needs and dreams. An executive with a major housewares manufacturer in California for 13 years, he first came to Costa Rica on a surf trip in 1979 and after serving here in Peace Corps in the mid 1980’s and earning an MBA from USC he finally realized his dream of returning here to live permanently in 1991. Married with two children and four grand kids, Tom is active in local community affairs including his church, Rotary Club, the Chamber of Tourism & Commerce. Tom is Dean of the the real estate industry locally and is very knowledgeable about land on all the beaches from Panama to Nicaragua and Costa Rica in general. He loves to help people know this beautiful country and help them fulfill their dreams here. Give him a call!
